BBQ Chicken Wings or Drums
1 bottle H-E-B Specialty Series BBQ Sauce: Texas, Carolina or your fav
4 lb. whole chicken wings or drumsticks
1 bayou classic leg & wing rack
Remove & discard excess fat from chicken
wings (keep wing sections tog
ether) or drum
sticks. Combine the wings or drumsticks and
1 cup of yo
ur favorite H-E-B Specialty Series
BBQ Sauce in a zipper bag. Refriger
wings for 30 minutes or until ready to grill.
Prepare the gas or charcoal grill to 375°F.
Place the wings or drumst

Classic Wing Rack. Place the rack on the

for 20 minutes, drums for 30 minut
es or until
the internal temperature reaches 170°F.
