Pork Loin Reuben Sandwich
5 minutes per sandwich
1 Tbsp. grapeseed or olive oil
1 H-E-B Seasoned Lemon Pepper Pork Loin
8 slices Hill Country Fare Deli Style Rye Bread
1 c. H-E-B Sauerkraut, drained
8 Tbsp. Hill Country Fare Thousand Island Dressing
4 slices H-E-B Swiss Cheese
Slice pork loin into sandwich style slices, the thinner the better.
Heat oil in skillet over Medium High heat. Pan fry pork slices until c
ooked through, 1 minute or less on each side.
Lay out 8 slices of bread on a baking sheet. Spread 1 tablespoon of dr
essing on each slice.
Top 4 slices with meat, ¼ cup of sauerkraut and 1 slice of cheese
. Top with remaining slice of bread.
Return each sandwich to the skillet over Medium High heat. Grill each
sandwich on both sides until golden brown and cheese has melted.
