Grilled Tropical-Style Mangos

3 fresh mangos

½ c. H-E-B Crema Fresca

2 Tbsp. Central Market All Natural Dessert Spice Rub

1 c. Hill Country Fare Coconut


Cut a slice off the bottom of each mango and place it cut side down on
a cutting board. Use a sharp knife to peel away the skin. Find the ma
ngo seed and slice on both sides of it to separate the mango halves fr
om the seed.
Heat gas or charcoal grill to 375°F. Spray a vegetable or mesh grilli
ng rack with nonstick cooking spray and set on a baking sheet. 3 Place
mango halves, cut side up, on the prepared grilling rack. Brush each
mango with crema fresca and sprinkle with ½ teaspoon dessert spice rub
and 2 to 3 tablespoons coconut.
Place grilling rack with the mangos on the grill, close the lid, and g
rill for 10 minutes or until coconut begins to turn golden. Place the
grilled mangos on a serving platter, drizzle with 1 teaspoon crema fre
sca, and serve.
