Ingredients

3 Hill Country Fare Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into ¾
-inch strips

3 Tbsp. H-E-B Fat Free Sour Cream

½ tsp. Hill Country Fare Garlic Powder

¼ tsp. paprika

* Hill Country Fare Olive Oil Spray

* salt and pepper

1 c. H-E-B Corn Squares, crushed with rolling pin

½ c. Panko (Japanese Bread Crumbs)

¼ c. Hill Country Fare Sliced Almonds

¼ c. H-E-B Grated Parmesan Cheese

* Dipping Sauce

3 Tbsp. each: H-E-B Dijon Mustard and Low Fat Mayonnaise

2 Tbsp. each: H-E-B Honey and Lemon Juice

Directions


Combine chicken tenders, sour cream, garlic powder and paprika in a zi
pper bag. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Heat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly spra
y with olive oil. Combine corn squares, Panko, almonds and cheese in a
shallow dish, set aside. Season tenders to taste with salt and pepper
. Coat with crumb coating on both sides. Place on prepared baking shee
t. Lightly spray with olive oil.
Bake tenders for 15 minutes or until crisp and golden and internal tem
perature reaches 170°F. Combine dipping sauce ingredients and serv
e with tenders.
