3 Tbsp. Central Market™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 container (7 oz.) H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go!® Chopped Sweet Onions

4 cups sliced fresh mushrooms

3 H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go!® Garlic Cloves, chopped

1/2 cup H-E-B Morelos Rice

1 container (32 oz.) Central Market™ Organics Vegetable Broth

1 bag (16 oz.) Central Market™ Organics Frozen Mixed Vegetables
or your favorite Central Market™ Organics Frozen Vegetable

Heat a heavy saucepan over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add the olive oi
l,onions and sliced mushrooms and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Add the chop
ped garlic and H-E-B Morelos Rice andstir-fry for 1 more minute until
a toasted aroma is released.
Add the vegetable broth and 2 cups water and bring the soup to a boil
over high heat. Reduce the heat to low, cover and cook the soup for 15
minutes. Add the frozen vegetables and cook the soup for 10 more minut
es on medium heat. Season the soup to taste with salt and pepper.
