1 bag (16 oz.) H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go!® Green Beans or
Asparagus, cut in half

16 H-E-B Seriously Sweet Tomatoes

16 small white mushroom tops

1 each red, golden, and orange bell peppers, cut into 2-inch pieces

1 large red or white onion, peeled and cut into 1-inch circle slices

1 each zucchini and yellow squash, cut into 1-inch circle slices

1/2 cup H-E-B Texas Twists® Peppercorn Blue Cheese Sala
d Dressing


Prepare vegetables as indicated and place in extra-large plastic zippe
r bag.
Add salad dressing to bag, seal, and turn it over several times to coa
t vegetables evenly. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until ready to gril
Prepare charcoal or gas grill for cooking (375°F). Spray vegetable
grill rack or basket with olive oil or nonstick cooking spray and add
marinated vegetables.
Grill vegetables when fire is hot (hold palm of hand over fire for 2 s
econds to test), 4 to 5 minutes per side.
