2 tbsp. unsalted butter or margarine

1 green onion, chopped

1 clove of garlic, peeled and chopped

1/2 teaspoon rosemary leaves, finely chopped

1 can (14 1/2 oz) Hill Country Fare Cut Beets: no salt added, drained

1 tbsp. lemon juice


Melt butter or margarine in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add onion and cook for 3 minutes or until onion is golden brown.
Add garlic and rosemary to onions and cook for 1 minute.
Add beets and lemon juice to onion mixture and stir to combine.
Cook 2 more minutes until beet mixture is heated throughout.
Season to taste with cracked black pepper
