1 bag (12 oz.) H-E-B Fully Cooked® Seasoned Beef Crumbles
1 Onion chopped
1 Garlic clove crushed
1 tsp. Lemon pepper
1 bag (10 oz.) Angel hair cole slaw
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. Caraway seeds
2 loaves (1 lb. each) Frozen bread dough thawed
1/2 cup Melted butter
Add beef crumbles, onion, garlic and lemon pepper to a large skillet o
ver medium high heat. Add cole slaw, Worcestershire sauce and caraway
seeds. Cook until cole slaw is limp; drain liquid from mixture.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
On a lightly floured board, roll each loaf of dough into a 12 inch cir
cle. Cut each circle into 6 wedges. Spoon cole slaw/beef filling onto
center of each dough piece dividing equally. Pull three points of eac
h wedge up to the center and pinch to seal. Place Bierocks on a light
ly greased cookie sheet. If desired, brush dough with melted butter or
egg wash (1 egg white with 2 tablespoons water).
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve ho
