Ingredients

1 pound H-E-B Pinto Beans (2 cups dry)

6 strips H-E-B Fully Cooked® Bacon

1 (12 ounce) container prepared pico de gallo

1 (12 ounce) can beer, regular or nonalcoholic

2 cups White Wings Flour Tortilla Mix

Directions


Cook beans according to package instructions.
After exactly 1 hour and 30 minutes of cooking the beans, add the ba
con, prepared pico de gallo and beer. Continue to cook the beans uncov
ered for the additional 30 minutes or until beans are tender. Serve im
mediately or refrigerate overnight.
Prepare 12 flour tortillas according to package directions using the 2
cups of the flour tortilla mix.
