White Smoked Salmon Pizza
12 to 15 minutes
1 (3 oz) Vita Nova Salmon, cut into 1-inch squares
1 small Roma tomato, chopped
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 roll (10 oz) Pillsbury refrigerated pizza crust dough
1/2 cup Five Brothers Alfredo Sauce
1 to 2 cups shredded mozzarella, to taste
* red pepper flakes, to taste
Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
Prepare pizza toppings. Separate salmon slices and cut into pieces. Ch
op tomato and slice mushrooms.
Prepare crust according to directions on pizza dough package.
Spread Alfredo sauce evenly over dough and top with tomato, mushrooms,
salmon and mozzarella. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes as desired.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes on a rectangular baking sheet in the upper third
of the oven.
Check pizza at 12 minutes and remove when edges of crust are golden, o
r continue to cook as need since ovens may vary.
