Smoked Salmon And Havarti Quesadillas
12 flour tortillas
12 slices H-E-B classic havarti cheese
1 4 ounce package thin sliced smoked salmon, pulled apart into 1-inch
1/2 cup chopped green onions or chives
1 (8-ounce) jar roasted red peppers, drained and cut into strips
1 cup Tio Tio salsa taqueria
Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
Line two baking sheets with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spra
Place 3 tortillas on each sheet pan.
Place 1 slice of H-E-B Classic Havarti Cheese on tortillas.
Spread 4 to 5 pieces salmon over cheese.
Top the salmon with onions and sliced peppers.
Top each quesadilla with another slice of cheese and tortilla.
Spray the top of the tortillas with non-stick cooking spray and bake t
he in oven for 5 minutes.
Remove from oven, turn quesadillas over and bake another 5 minutes or
until cheese is melted and tortillas are golden brown.
Remove from oven, let cool 5 minutes and place on cutting surface.
Cut into wedges and serve with Tio Tio Salsa Taqueria
