8 oz. thin spaghetti
1 pound peeled and deveined medium shrimp
1/2 cup Asian peanut sauce, divided
2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2/3 cup sliced green onions
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Start to cook pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile, toss shrimp, 2 teaspoons peanut sauce, garlic, salt, and pe
pper in bowl.
Heat large non-stick skillet 1 minute over medium-high heat; add shrim
Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly until shrimp is opaque.
Transfer to large serving bowl, cover and keep warm.
Drain pasta; reserve 1/2 cup cooking water.
Combine remaining peanut sauce, reserved cooking water, green onions a
nd cilantro in skillet.
Cook 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly until sauce is bubbly.
Transfer to bowl with shrimp; add spaghetti and toss to combine
