Sesame Baked Salmon

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. salmon filet

2 Tbsp. cider vinegar

2 Tbsp. soy sauce

1 Tbsp. honey

1 tsp. vegetable oil

1 tsp. spicy brown mustard or horseradish mustard

1/8 tsp. ground ginger

2 Tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted

3 Green onions sliced

Directions


Place salmon in a shallow dish. Combine vinegar, soy sauce, honey, oil
, mustard and ginger; pour over salmon. Cover and refrigerate for 1 ho
ur, turning once. Drain and discard marinade.
Bake the salmon, uncovered at 425°F for 15 - 20 minutes or until t
he fish flakes easily with a fork. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and gree
n onions.
