Ingredients

4 cod filets

* Olive oil flavored no stick cooking spray

* Mrs. Dash seasoning blend

2 Fresh lemons

Directions


Spray both sides of fish with cooking spray and season with Mrs. Dash.
Place in a Pyrex baking dish and grate fresh lemon zest over fish.
Bake fish at 425F for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and squeeze fresh l
emon juice over fish. Serve with 1/2 cup of brown rice, and 1/2 cup of
steamed broccoli
