Grilled Tuna Steaks Teriyaki
10 to 30 minutes
1 to 1 1/2 lb. Tuna Steaks, cut 1-inch thick
3/4 to 1 cup Golden Dip Ginger Teriyaki Marinade

Grill tuna 5 minutes per side over Medium coals (see note) or until a
meat thermometer inserted horizontally into the steaks reads 135 degre
es F for Medium-Rare.
Baste with fresh marinade while cooking, if desired.
Cut grilled tuna into 4 portions and serve immediately.
