1 12 ounce package battered fish tenders
1 12 count package taco shells
1/2 head lettuce, shredded
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 small onion, chopped (optional)
2 cups H-E-B shredded cheddar cheese
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook fish fillets according to package direc
tions and set aside.
Remove taco shells from package and place on baking sheet. Carefully s
eparate taco shells and overlap edges. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes.
Place one fish fillet in each taco shell and top with lettuce, tomato,
onion and H-E-B shredded cheddar cheese
