Cajun Grilled Shrimp Over Creole Okra & Rice
1 bag (16 oz.) H-E-B Wild Brown Shrimp, 10 to15 count, peeled and deve
1 container (4 oz.) H-E-B Cajun Splash
1 bag (16 oz.) H-E-B Select Creole Frozen Okra
1 bag (16 oz.) H-E-B Frozen Select Steamable White Rice
Prepare charcoal or gas grill for cooking (375F). Combine shrimp and H
-E-B Cajun Splash in large zipper bag. Marinate shrimp for 30 minutes
and refrigerate until ready to grill.
Prepare okra and rice according to package directions and keep warm.
Meanwhile, grill the shrimp on a vegetable grilling rack for 3 to 4 mi
nutes. Do not overgrill or they will be tough and dry. Spread rice on
a large platter and top with the okra and grilled shrimp
