Balsamic Salmon with Pasta and Vegetables
1 (2-2.5) lbs. Atlantic salmon fillet
1 c. H-E-B Balsamic Marinade
1 bag (16 oz.) H-E-B mediterranean blend frozen vegetables
2 boxes (4.7 oz.) Pasta Roni Butter and Garlic Flavored Pasta
• salt and pepper, to taste
Pre-heat oven to 425°F.
Place salmon fillet on a non-stick baking sheet, and season with salt
and pepper. Spread with balsamic marinade. Bake fish uncovered for 15-
20 minutes until fish is done.
While fish is cooking prepare pasta and vegetables according to packag
e instructions, season vegetables with salt and pepper. Serve fish wit
h vegetables and pasta.
