Ingredients

1 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel

1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves

1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper

2 cloves (large) garlic, minced

Directions


Combine all ingredients.
Use to season tender steak such as top blade, shoulder, chuck eye, top
sirloin, T-bone, rib eye and strip loin.
