Cranberry-Orange Relish

1 medium orange

2 cups fresh cranberries

1/4 cup walnuts, finely chopped

1 cup sugar

1 cup water


Finely shred 1 tablespoon orange peel; reserve.
Peel and section orange.
Using a food processor or grinder, process or grind orange sections an
d cranberries. (If using a food processor, process half at a time.)
Stir in sugar, water, walnuts, and orange peel.
Cover and store in refrigerator up to 6 weeks or freeze up to 6 months
