1 (12 ounce) can Starkist tuna, drained
1/3 cup Dijonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
1 1/2 tablespoon onion, chopped
3 English muffins, split and toasted
1 medium-sized tomato, cut into 6 slices
6 slices American, cheddar, Swiss, or Monterey Jack cheese
Combine tuna, dijonnaise, pickle relish and onion in a medium-sized bo
wl; mix well.
Heat oven to broiler setting.
Line a baking sheet with foil.
Spread 1/3 cup tuna mixture on each toasted muffin half and place on f
