Smoked Salmon Caesar Salad

Ingredients

2 (4.5 ounce) packages peppered smoked Alaskan salmon

2 (10 ounce) bags hearts of romaine

1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing

1 cup garlic or Caesar croutons

1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions


Pull skin from salmon and discard. Chop salmon or flake apart with two
hands.
Toss romaine with dressing, croutons, cheese and salmon in a large bow
l. Serve immediately.
