2 6 ounce cans Starkist tuna in spring water, drained
4 hard boiled H-E-B eggs, peeled and chopped
3 celery ribs, chopped finely
1 14.5 ounce can H-E-B veri green peas
1 4 ounce jar H-E-B harvest moon diced pimientos, drained
1/2 cup Kraft mayonnaise, regular, low fat, or fat free
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss to coat. Seaso
n to taste with salt and fresh cracked black pepper. Cover with plasti
c wrap and chill for 30 minutes or more.
Serve in sandwiches, over lettuce and tomato wedges, or with fruit.
