1 (12 ounce) container prepared pico de gallo
1 (6 ounce) package Hill Country Fare Corn Muffin Mix
2/3 cup H-E-B milk, whole, 2 %, low fat or fat fre
1 teaspoon McCormick Black Pepper
Combine flaked salmon, avocado, pico de gallo and lime juice in a larg
e salad bowl. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Cover with p
lastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

tructions using a square 8-inch pan. Cool cornbread and cut into 1-inc
