Ingredients

1 bag fresh Tri-Color Cole Slaw

1 bag (8 ounce) Fresh Express Lettuce Shreds

1 tub Ready, Fresh, Go! chopped celery & onions

1 can (16 ounce) black-eyed peas, rinsed & drained

1 tub (4 ounce) crumbled feta cheese

1 jar Canyon Bacon Vinaigrette

* salt & pepper, to taste

Directions


Place coleslaw and lettuce shreds in a large salad bowl.
Rinse and drain black-eyed peas. Toss peas, cheese and vinaigrette wi
th greens. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Chill 30 minutes, if time allows, or serve slaw at room temperature.*m
