Sausage And Spinach Pizzas

Ingredients

16 ounces H-E-B hot or mild Italian sausage (4 links), uncooked

2 Boboli thin pizza crusts

1 tablespoon olive oil

8 ounces sliced mushrooms

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 (6 ounce) packages baby spinach

1 (16 ounce) carton marinara sauce

8 ounces feta cheese

Directions


Heat oven to 450 degrees.
Meanwhile, heat a large nonstick skillet over Medium-High heat. Squeez
e sausage from casings into skillet. Cook sausage 5 minutes or until b
arely pink; break sausage into small bits with the edge of a spoon dur
ing cooking.
Add oil to skillet, then add mushrooms and garlic; Sautèacute; with sa
usage about 5 more minutes, or until mushrooms are tender and sausage
is no longer pink. Add spinach; stir 30 to 60 seconds to wilt. Remove
skillet from heat.
Spread marinara sauce evenly over pizza crusts. Top with sausage and s
pinach mixture, then sprinkle pizzas evenly with cheese.
Bake pizzas in bottom half of oven 10 to 15 minutes, or until cheese m
elts and browns. Let stand 2 minutes, cut into wedges and serve while
hot
