Italian Grilled Vegetable Bread Pizza
1 H-E-B Bakery French Bread, sliced open lengthwise
1/2 cup H-E-B Texas Twists® Peppercorn Blue Dressing or your favorite
1 pkg. (8 oz.) shredded italian blend cheese
1 cup each thin sliced H-E-B frozen Grilled Zucchini, Eggplant & Peppe
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
Heat Oven to 450°F. Line a large baking sheet with foil and set as

Spread the bread halves with 1/4 cup Peppercorn Blue Dressing. Sprink
le each bread half with 1/2 cup of Italian blend shredded cheese and t

eppers. Sprinkle with the remaining shredded Italian blend cheese and
the chopped basil.
Bake the Italian Bread Pizzas on the bottom oven rack for 10 minutes o
r until cheese melts and begins to turn golden. Cool for 5 minutes and
slice each French bread pizza into 1-inch slices and serve.
