Garden Fresh Veggie Pizza
1 unbaked pizza crust (16 inches)
2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp. basil leaves, chopped
1 pkg. (8 oz.) H-E-B Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 large roma tomatoes, thin sliced
1 cup each: H-E-B Harvest Moon™ Sliced Mushrooms and Pimiento St
1 can Hill Country Fare Sliced Black Olives
Heat oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with n
on-stick cooking spray.
Place the pizza crust in the pan and brush with olive oil and sprinkle
with the fresh chopped basil leaves.
Top pizza crust with half of the shredded cheese, the sliced tomatoes
, mushrooms, pimientos, olives and remaining cheese.
Bake the pizza on the lower oven rack for 10 to 15 minutes or until t
