4 Individual Pizzas
1 kit H-E-B pizza crusts
1 (12 oz.) bag frozen H-E-B fully cooked® chicken breast fajitas
1 1/2 cups H-E-B Texas Twists® ranch dressing
2 cups (8 oz.) H-E-B shredded mozzarella cheese
8 strips H-E-B fully cooked® bacon diced
1/2 cup H-E-B shredded cheese
1 (4 oz.) jar H-E-B sliced pimentos drained
Heat oven to 450F. Place two oven racks in bottom half of oven. Place
crusts on baking sheets or round pizza pans.(Save sauce packets from k
it for another use.)
Heat chicken in microwave according to package directions. Cut chicken
into bite-sized pieces.
Spread 3/4 cup ranch dressing over each pizza crust. Sprinkle each wit
h 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Layer chicken and bacon pieces over cheese.
Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and sliced pimentos.
Bake 15 - 20 minutes, or until cheese bubbles and begins to brown. Rot
ate pizzas on oven racks halfway through baking, if necessary, to ensu
re even browning. Let stand 5 minutes; cut into slices and serve
