1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen H-E-B chopped Spinach

12 Hill Country Fare jumbo cheese stuffed shells

1 cup H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go!® chopped onion

1 jar (1 lb. 10 oz.) H-E-B marinara sauce

1/4 cup H-E-B italian shredded romano cheese

1/3 cup Chopped parsley or basil


Heat oven to 425 F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooki
ng spray and set aside.
Thaw spinach in microwave for 4 minutes on 50% power; set aside. Arran
ge shells in a single layer in prepared baking dish. Evenly layerthe s
pinach and chopped onion over shells. Pour marinara sauce over spinach
and shells. Top with grated Romano cheese and parsley.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until sauce is bubbly
