1 lb. lean ground beef or 1 package (12 oz.) H-E-B Fully Cooked® Itali
an Seasoned Beef Crumbles

1 jar each: H-E-B Harvest Moon™ Sliced Mushrooms, drained & Fire
Roasted Red Peppers, drained & sliced

1 jar (27 oz.) H-E-B Marinara Sauce or your favorite flavor

1 bag (8 oz.) H-E-B Italian Style Shredded Cheese

1 container (15 oz.) H-E-B Ricotta Cheese; regular or skim

9 H-E-B No-Boil Lasagna Noodles


Heat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch microwave safe baking dish
with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
Cook ground beef, if using fresh, or thaw the beef Crumbles.Combine co
oked ground beef, mushrooms, peppers and marinara sauce in a large bow
l; set aside.
Combine shredded cheese and ricotta cheese in a bowl and set aside.
Spread 1-cup meat sauce mixture in prepared baking pan. Top with 3 no-
boil lasagna noodles, 2 cups meat sauce mixture and 1 1/2-cups cheese
mixture. Repeat one more layer and top with 3 no-boil lasagna noodles
and the remaining sauce and cheese.
Cover lasagna with plastic wrap and heat in Microwave oven on High hea
t for 10 minutes.Remove the plastic wrap and bake in oven on center ra
ck for 30 minutes or until lasagna is bubbly in center and cheese is m
elted. Cool lasagna for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
