1 (16 oz.) jar Bertolli Creamy Garlic Alfredo Sauce

2 (4 oz.) jars H-E-B Harvest Moon Red Pimiento Strips, drained

1 (12 oz.) jar H-E-B Harvest Moon Hearts of Palm, drained and thinly s

1 (12 oz.) pkg R&F Vermicelli Pasta

1 (16 oz.) pkg. Hill Country Fare Frozen Broccoli Florets

1 (16 oz.) pkg. H-E-B Shredded Italian Asiago or Romano Cheese


In a large bowl combine pimiento strips and hearts of palm. Season to
taste with salt and black pepper. Set mixture aside. Place creamy garl
ic alfredo pasta sauce in a microwave safe bowl and loosely cover with
plastic wrap. Heat on high power for 1 1/2 minutes in the microwave o
ven. Add hot alfredo sauce to vegetable mixture.
Cook pasta according to package directions, but after the first 4 minu
tes of cooking, add broccoli florets to boiling pasta. Bring pasta wat
er back to a boil and cook pasta miture for 2 more minutes. Drain past
a mixture thoroughly.
Add hot pasta florets mixture to sauce mixture and toss gently. Sprink
le with shredded cheese and serve immediately
