Ingredients

1 pkg. (16 oz.) H-E-B Select Frozen Grilled Eggplant

1 pkg. (16 oz.) H-E-B Select Frozen Zucchini

1 container (24 oz.) Cottage Cheese

2 cups Shredded Parmesan Cheese

1 jar (26 oz.) H-E-B Garden Vegetable Pasta Sauce

Directions


In a microwave safe casserole dish layer ingredients alternating veget
ables, cheese, and sauce, finishing with cheese.
Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 20-25 minutes on high, rotat
ing dish half way through cooking time.
When Lasagna is hot and bubbly, remove and serve as a main course or a
s a side dish.Optional ingredients: add in H-E-B Fully Cooked®; Italia
n Beef Crumbles and or H-E-B No Boil Lasagna Noodles.Optional: sprinkl
