Cheesy Shells With Tomato And Basil
Ingredients
2 cups pasta shells, uncooked
1 to 2 cloves cloves of garlic, peeled and finely chopped
2 medium tomatoes, chopped (about 2 cups)
3 tbsp. sliced fresh basil
2 cups shredded H-E-B Easy Melt Cheese
Directions
Spray a 9 x 13-inch microwave safe baking dish with non-stick cooking
spray; set aside.
Cook pasta shells according to package directions.
Drain and return pasta to cooking pot.
Add garlic, tomato, basil and shredded cheese.
Stir to combine ingredients.
Evenly spread mixture in prepared baking dish and loosely cover with p
lastic wrap.
Microwave on High power for 2 minutes.
Stir.
Heat for 2 more minutes or until cheese is melted
