Bow Tie Pasta And Vegetables
4 cups dry H-E-B Bow Tie Pasta
1 Each red bell pepper, zucchini, carrot cut into 1-inch match-stick
strips or chopped
4 green onions, chopped
5 Roma tomatoes, seeded and cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4 cup chopped basil
1 can Hill Country Fare 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken or Mushroom Soup
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
While pasta is cooking, combine pepper, zucchini, carrot, onion, tomat
oes and basil in a large salad bowl.
When pasta is cooked and drained, add to vegetable mixture and season
to taste with salt and pepper.
Heat Hill Country Fare 98% Fat Free Soup in a microwave-safe dish for
2 minutes on High power.
Toss hot soup into pasta and vegetable mixture
