2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. curry powder
1 can (14.5 oz.) Hill Country Fare chicken broth
1 tub (4 oz.) Plain yogurt
6 pieces H-E-B fully cooked® herb roasted chicken thighs
1/4 cup Chopped peanuts
1/4 cup Coconut flakes
In a large skillet over medium high heat, melt butter with flour and c
urrypowder, stir to combine.
Wisk in chicken broth and simmer to thicken.
Gently fold in yougurt. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place chicken in sauce, cover with a lid and simmer for 15 minutes.
Once chicken is hot, sprinkle with peanuts and coconut.
