1 package (8 oz) Jambalaya rice and seasoning mix
2 cups cubed HEB Cajun spiced turkey
In a large skillet, combine Jambalaya mix, turkey and 2 cups water.
Bring mixture to a boil over high heat, stirring occasionally.
Cover, reduce heat to medium low, and cook for 25 minutes.
Remove from heat and let sit 5 more minutes.
Stir and serve
