1 pkg. (20 oz.) Fresh H-E-B brats regular or beer
1 container (5 oz.) H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go!® chopped onion
2 cups Hill Country Fare southern hash browns
1 cup Chopped hill country fare frozen fuji apple slices
1 jar (32 oz.) H-E-B Harvest Moon™ sauerkraut drained & rins
1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley
Heat a large skillet over high heat for 3 minutes. Add the fresh Brats
ausages and cook on all sides until golden brown, about 5 minutes.Remo
ve brats from skillet and place on paper towels to drain.
Retain 1 Tablespoon sausage drippings from pan and add choppedonion. S
tir-fry over medium high heat for 3 minutes or until goldenbrown. Add
hash browns and apples to onions and continue cookingover medium heat
for 3 more minutes. Add drained sauerkraut topotato mixture and stir-f
ry for one minute. Arrange sausages oversauerkraut mixture and add 1 1
/2 cups WATER*. Cook over mediumheat for 10 more minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle chopped parsley over Texas Style Beer Brats
