Texas Round-Up Ribeyes

2 H-E-B Natural Angus Boneless Beef Ribeye Steaks, cut 3/4 or 1-inch

1 1/2 cups Cookwell & Company Garlic & Molasses Mar

* Adams Reserve Fine Sea Salt and Ground Black Pepper


Place steaks and marinade in a large plastic bag. Seal bag and toss t
o coat; marinate steaks 30 to 60 minutes.
Light charcoal fire or heat gas grill on High 10 minutes with lid clos
Pour marinade from steaks into a small pot. Bring to a boil over Medi
um heat; simmer 3 minutes or longer until reduced slightly and thicken
ed. Set aside.
Season steaks with salt and pepper. Grill to desired doneness, accord
ing to steak package directions. Top with reduced marinade and serve.
