1 pound seasoned fajita beef, chicken or pork meat, thin sliced
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1 package (7 oz) Tierra Linda Vermicelli
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes and green chilies
Heat a large skillet on high heat for 3 minutes.
Add sliced fajita meat and stir-fry meat until all liquid is evaporate
d and meat is browned (about 6 minutes).
Add cooking oil and vermicelli.
Stir-fry until vermicelli is a light golden brown (about 2 minutes).
Add diced tomatoes and 2 cups water; stir.
Cover and lower heat to medium low for 10 minutes.
