4 (5 ounces each) Boneless Sirloin or 1 pound London Broil

1 tablespoon H-E-B Olive Oil

2 cups Carb Options™ Garden Style Sauce

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper

1 cup H-E-B Shredded Italian Blend Cheese (optional)


Season steaks with salt and pepper. Heat a heavy skillet over High hea
t for 3 minutes. Add olive oil and steaks to hot skillet. Pan fry stea

tirring frequently. Add partially cooked steaks to skillet with sauce
and top with shredded cheese as an option. Cover the skillet and cook
steaks for 2 more minutes or until cheese is melted. Optionally, add s
autéed crimini mushrooms.
