Smoked Glazed Pork With Cran-Apricot Relish
1 (1 lb.) pkg. smoked pork chops
1/3 cup plus 2 tbsps. orange juice
1/3 cup H-E-B Apricot More Fruit
1/3 cup diced dried apricots
1/4 cup dried cranberries or craisins
3/4 cup finely chopped cucumber
1/2 cup chopped green onion tops
Combine relish ingredients in a medium bowl; toss with 2 tablespoons o
range juice. Set aside to allow flavors to blend.
Heat a large non-stick skillet over Medium-High heat 3 minutes. Brown
pork chops 2 to 3 minutes per side.
Push pork chops to one side of skillet. Add 1/3 cup orange juice and p
reserves to skillet; stir to blend.
Turn chops in sauce to coat both sides. Reduce heat to Medium; simmer
3 to 5 more minutes until sauce thickens slightly and sticks to chops.
Serve chops with Cran-Apricot Relish
