Sesame-Ginger Chicken And Rice

2 cups H-E-B Instant Long Grain Rice

4 frozen Hill Country Fare boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thawed

3 tablespoons sesame seed oil

2 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 cup chopped green onion


Prepare rice according to package directions and keep warm.
Meanwhile, in a medium-size skillet over medium heat, lightly brown th
e chicken breast 5 minutes on each side. Add ginger, soy sauce and 1/2
cup of green onions to chicken breasts and cook over medium heat for
10 minutes. Serve over cooked rice
