Seasoned Pan-Broiled Pork Chops With Chutney
1 1/2 pounds thin bone-in Pork Loin Chops, cut 3/8-inch thick
1 teaspoon ground thyme
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup Major Grey's Chutney
Combine seasonings in a small bowl.
Sprinkle evenly over both sides of pork chops.
Heat a large non-stick skillet 3 minutes over Medium heat.
Cook pork 2 minutes per side.
Remove from skillet.
Add chutney to skillet and heat briefly until chutney is warm.
Spoon chutney over pork chops and serve immediately
