1 16 ounce package H-E-B smoked beef sausage
1 14.5 ounce can tomatoes with green chilies
1 cup uncooked Kraft Minute® rice
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Cut sausage into thin slices. Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat;
add sausage and cook for 2 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients.
When mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer until all
liquid is absorbed.
Stir before serving to fluff rice
