Ingredients

1 tablespoon Hill Country Fare Canola Oil

1 pkg. (8 oz.) Tony chacheré red beans & rice mix'

2 links H-E-B smoked sausage: any flavor thin sliced

Directions


Combine 4 cups cool WATER and oil in a large saucepot andbring to a bo
il over high heat. Stir in the Tony Chachere's Red Beans& Rice Mix and
the sliced sausage. Allow the mixture to return to aboil, cover, redu
ce heat to low and cook for 25-30 minutes. Stironce during cooking.
Remove from heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes before removingthe co
ver. Place into a serving bowls and enjoy
