Salsa Rotisserie Chicken Sub Sandwich
1/2 cup H-E-B mayonnaisa
6 to 8 lettuce leaves
1 pound thin sliced rotisserie chicken
1/2 pound deli sliced H-E-B cheddar or pepper jack cheese
2 H-E-B Fresher Lasting avocado halves, sliced
1 cup H-E-B Fresher Lasting salsa
1 H-E-B bakery ciabata bread, sliced lengthwise and toasted
Place toasted bread on cutting board. Sandwich is cut into 2 x 3-inch
portions and placed on large platter. Spread mayonnaisa on each half.
Layer lettuce on each half.
Arrange sliced deli rotisserie chicken, cheese, avocado and salsa on o
ne half. Top the sandwich with remaining half and secure with long too
Slice sub sandwich in half lengthwise and then each half into 6 to 8 s
maller sandwiches. Keep toothpick on each sandwich to secure.
