1 pound uncooked H-E-B Marinated Pork Fajitas
2 cups broccoli florets, cut into small pieces
1 red bell pepper, seeds & stems removed
1 stalk celery, sliced diagonally (about 1 cup)
1 tablespoon Hill Country Fare Vegetable Oil
1/2 cup Soy Vay® Island Teriyaki Sauce
1 cup chicken broth
2 teaspoons cornstarch
Heat a large skillet over Medium-High heat. Cook fajitas 2 to 3 minute
s per side. Reduce heat to Medium-Low, cover skillet partially and coo
k 5 minutes longer or until pork is done (juices run clear).
Combine chicken broth and cornstarch; set mixture aside.
Remove pork to a plate and set aside. Add oil to same skillet; sauté b
roccoli 2 minutes. Add bell pepper and celery; cook 2 to 3 minutes lon
ger or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Add sauce and broth mixture; heat and stir to blend and thicken. Remov
e skillet from heat and set aside.
Slice pork diagonally into thin slices. Add pork to skillet with veget
ables. Stir and serve while hot.
