Paradise Pineapple Turkey Filets
1 pound turkey breast milanesa, cut 1/4-inch thick
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 tablespoons Hill Country Fare Vegetable Oil
1 jar (12 oz.) Goldwater's® Paradise Pineapple Salsa
Season turkey with garlic salt and pepper. Dust both sides lightly wit
h flour; shake off excess.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet over Medium-High heat. Cook t
urkey 1 to 2 minutes per side. Do not crowd skillet; cook in 2 batches
, if necessary, and add more oil to skillet between batches. Remove tu
rkey to a plate. Do not over cook.
Pour salsa into same skillet. Stir and heat; scrape bottom of skillet
with cooking spoon to loosen and stir in any browned bits.
