Pan-Broiled Pork Chops With Chutney
1 1/2 lbs. bone-in pork loin chops, cut 3/8-inch thick
1 tsp. McCormick Ground Thyme
1 tsp. McCormick Ground Sea Salt (in grinder)
1/2 tsp. McCormick Cracked Black Pepper
1/2 tsp. McCormick Paprika
1/2 cup Crosse & Blackwell Major Grey's® Chutney
Combine thyme, salt, pepper and paprika in a small bowl. Press seasoni
ng evenly into pork chops on both sides.
Heat a large non-stick skillet 3 minutes over Medium heat. Add pork an
d cook (pan-broil) 2 minutes per side. Remove pork from skillet.
Add chutney to skillet and heat briefly until warm; scrape bottom of s
killet to loosen and stir in any browned bits. Spoon chutney over pork
chops and serve immediately.
